Limited quantity sales of Ginjo sake aged for 10 years in a mortar storehouse.
Made with koji from the rare sake-brewing rice, Hyogo-grown “Miyako,” which has been traditionally used since the Edo Period, and Okayama-grown “Asahi” for the kakemai rice.
As it is incredibly smooth for a vintage sake, it is recommended for begin-ners to drinking aged sake.
Kept cool within in the mortar storehouse, it is allowed to slowly and carefully age over the years.
Because of this, it has a beautiful taste and an aged-whiskey like aroma.
